Minimal stuff
My idea of minimalism is that I am contained in me.
That my stuff is my stuff.
That I can write down with great confidence, a list of all my things and where they are.
I experience unreasonable anxiety and frustration when I misplace a thing.
Of course, the "stuff" is metaphorical more than physical. It is not about the things — it is about coping.
Minimalism has become maximally part of the conversations we are having. Because we all have a lot more to cope with.
