One hundred percent

We already do it. We loudly and enthusiastically say "one hundred percent!". With an emphasis on that "hundred".

Our agreements are already stated in both confidence and comfort numbers. We are already judging our response and attaching a number to it.

All we need to do next is to be a bit more clear. An "eighty percent agreeing with you" could be both more honest and more valuable to say.
