Stuck on butter

A French chef is on a cooking show, and the amateur competing against him has an edge: The amateur can deny the professional an ingredient.

The chef was not allowed to use butter.

And so an expert implodes as everywhere in his mind he reaches he finds butter. Rigidly getting stuck on one cornerstone, with no flexibility to change.
