Tool tinkering

When you have an overfull toolbox and the problem being solved is not a nail: You have a new, and great, problem:

What tool is the best fit for now?

Rummaging around is one way to find it.
Another is to have the tools organised and categorised by use.

To have the latter requires solving the categorisation problem. That one, stays perfectly unsolvable.

So tool tinkerers keep on re-arranging their tools as a reminder of what they have.
