Transferring not accumulating
Bullet Journalling has this one twist that works well for me. Instead of keeping a task list as one ever-growing list, you write the task list out every day, copying from yesterday.
That means that every task has to be chosen, anew, every day. And if it is too much work to copy a task to today — then maybe let it go.
That attitude has now moved into how I read, keep stuff, and choose events.
If I don't have the energy to carry and transfer the thing, it gets dropped.
