Two makes me nervous

A choice between two makes me nervous.

Two puts the choices: On one hand, and the other hand. Weighing the pro/cons of the choices directly with each other.

This is what makes me nervous: At the end of deciding you would have the best-of-two, but not neccesarily the best choice for the problem.

More choices shifts the focus back to the as-applied-to the problem.
