Uncomfortable boredom

Being bored is not the same as being uncomfortable.

And we are so uncomfortable with being bored that it feels the same: A moment of boredom has to be escaped, the skin crawling has to be left behind.

Learning how to be comfortably bored is learning how to meet ourselves.
