Zoom level
When my internal zoom lens gets stuck, I am stuck: Unable to change my perspective and unable to make any more sense.
So I flex that zoom lens often, practising what it feels like to go from one extreme to another. Sometimes in that movement, there are points where I feel a niggle and a roughness. Then I hang there and smooth it over, zooming and zooming out.
I believe it helps me get unstuck sooner.
And yet, I still get hyper-focused and stay where it is unhealthy.
